I’m Molly, and I fell in love with eating as soon as I could chew. Born into a family that loved to entertain, my grandmother and mother taught me how to make elegant hors d’oeuvres as soon as I developed motor skills. Spending summers in the South of France, my culinary influences have always been French ones, working with seasonal ingredients, and incorporating flowers, herbs, and a touch of gold dust whenever I was allowed.

In 2012, I moved to New York to attend the French Culinary Institute and graduated with a diploma in pastry arts. I hit the ground running, starting my professional career as a pastry cook at three Michelin star restaurant, Jean Georges. After my tenure there was over, I went back to France and staged at the small local bakery in Golfe-Juan from my childhood, where I learned the magic of French breads and pastries. Returning to New York, I worked for Ron Ben Israel making extravagant wedding cakes, before discovering the world of food media.

The ultimate dream came true when I was introduced to the world of Martha Stewart in 2015, and it’s been quite an adventure since. I’ve worked as a stylist and segment producer on five seasons of Martha Stewart's PBS television series, Martha Bakes. I’ve traveled with Martha on her national Food & Wine Festival tours all over the country, styled for Martha Stewart Living magazine editorial shoots, and I hosted my own web series, Frosted, on Martha Stewart’s digital platforms (with over 7 million views!). Most recently, I helped develop and co-style Martha’s most recent cookbook, Cake Perfection. I’ve also taken on personal projects for Martha, helping with holiday parties, and being her private chef in Maine during the summers.

I spent over a year at NBC’s The Today Show as a food stylist, enjoying the fast pace of live television and the chance to cook mostly savory food. Other live TV include SNL (still screaming about it!), the Dr. Oz show, and GMA.

These days you can find me food styling or producing in New York and LA. I especially love to style cookbooks, notably baking ones like Dan Langan’s Bake Your Heart Out and Arlyn Osborne’s Sugarcane. Other clients of mine include Food Network, Macy’s, Nest Fragrances, Epicurious, Food52, The Kitchn, Blue Apron, Hello Fresh, Vice, Hulu, Vox, Postmates, Hershey’s, Grubhub, Thrillist, Green Giant, Delish, Good Housekeeping, HGTV, and others.
